Description

The Cisco XFP-10G-MM-SR is a high-performance, hot-swappable transceiver designed for 10 Gigabit Ethernet applications over multimode fiber. Built in the compact XFP form factor, it supports a maximum link length of 300 meters using OM3 fiber, making it ideal for short-range data center and enterprise network connections. Operating at a wavelength of 850nm, this module ensures reliable, high-speed data transmission with low latency. Its durable construction and compliance with industry standards like IEEE 802.3ae and MSA specifications ensure seamless integration with compatible Cisco networking equipment.

Equipped with an LC duplex connector, the XFP-10G-MM-SR simplifies fiber connections while maintaining signal integrity. It supports a data transfer rate of 10 Gbps and features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics, enhancing network performance and troubleshooting capabilities. The module operates within a temperature range of 0 to 70°C, making it suitable for demanding environments.
