Description

The Cisco WS-C3850-48F is a high-performance enterprise-class switch designed to support full Layer 3 routing capabilities and advanced network services. Featuring 48 Gigabit Ethernet ports with full PoE+ support, it delivers up to 30W per port, making it ideal for powering IP phones, wireless access points, and other PoE-enabled devices. Built with Cisco’s Unified Access Data Plane (UADP) ASIC, the switch provides consistent wired-wireless convergence and enhanced application visibility. Its stackable design allows for scalability, supporting up to nine switches in a single stack with up to 480 Gbps of stack throughput.

This model is equipped with a modular network uplink slot that supports various 1G and 10G uplink modules, offering flexibility for different deployment needs. It supports advanced features such as MACsec encryption, Cisco StackPower for power redundancy, and a dual-core CPU with 4 GB of RAM and 2 GB of flash memory for robust performance.
