Description

The Cisco SPA500S is a 32-button attendant console expansion module designed to seamlessly integrate with select Cisco SPA500 Series IP Phones, such as the SPA502G, SPA504G, SPA508G, and SPA509G. Housed in a compact, professional-grade chassis, the SPA500S enhances call-handling capabilities with 32 programmable line or feature keys, each equipped with dual-color LED indicators for real-time status updates. This unit connects directly to a compatible Cisco IP phone via an included auxiliary cable, drawing power directly from the host phone, eliminating the need for an external power adapter. Its streamlined design makes it ideal for receptionists, administrative assistants, or anyone managing high call volumes.

Technically, the SPA500S supports Busy Lamp Field (BLF), Speed Dial, and Call Pickup functions, making it a reliable tool in high-demand environments. Up to two SPA500S modules can be daisy-chained to a single phone, providing a total of 64 additional programmable buttons. It’s compatible with SIP-based systems and integrates easily into existing VoIP networks.
