The Cisco SF302-08P is an 8-port 10/100 PoE managed switch designed for small to medium-sized business networks that require reliable connectivity and power delivery over Ethernet. Its compact, fanless design ensures quiet operation, making it ideal for office environments or network closets. With support for Power over Ethernet (PoE) on all eight ports, it can power IP phones, wireless access points, and other PoE-enabled devices without the need for additional power supplies. The metal chassis offers durability, while intuitive web-based management simplifies configuration and monitoring.
This switch supports Layer 2 switching with advanced features such as VLANs, QoS, port mirroring, link aggregation, and static routing, providing flexibility for network segmentation and traffic prioritization. It includes two combo mini-GBIC ports for uplink connectivity, allowing for fiber expansion or high-speed backbone connections. The SF302-08P supports up to 62W of total PoE power, with individual port support up to 15.4W, following the IEEE 802.3af standard.
