Description

The Cisco QSFP-100G-PSM4-S is a high-performance, short-reach transceiver designed for 100Gbps data transmission over parallel single-mode fiber (SMF). It utilizes MPO-12 connectors and operates over four independent lanes of 25Gbps, enabling a total aggregate bandwidth of 100Gbps. With a reach of up to 500 meters, this module is ideal for data center interconnects, high-speed networking, and cloud-scale applications. Its hot-swappable QSFP28 form factor ensures compatibility with a wide range of Cisco networking equipment, offering flexibility and scalability for expanding network infrastructures.

Built for efficiency and reliability, the QSFP-100G-PSM4-S supports Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) for real-time diagnostics of optical power, temperature, and voltage. It operates within a wavelength range of 1310nm and is compliant with the PSM4 MSA standard, ensuring interoperability with other industry-standard networking hardware.
