Description

The Cisco N5K-C5020P-BF is a high-performance, compact 10 Gigabit Ethernet switch designed for data center environments that demand low latency and high throughput. Housed in a 1RU form factor, it features 40 fixed SFP+ ports and supports up to 1.04 Tbps of switching capacity. The “BF” in the model name indicates a back-to-front airflow design, ideal for hot aisle/cold aisle cooling configurations. Built for scalability and flexibility, it integrates seamlessly into Cisco Nexus 5000 Series fabric deployments.

This switch supports Layer 2 and Layer 3 forwarding capabilities and is equipped with dual redundant, hot-swappable power supplies and fan modules for increased reliability.
