Description

The Juniper MX240-RMK is a robust, high-performance router designed for service providers and enterprise networks requiring scalability and reliability. Built with a compact 5U form factor, it supports up to two Modular Port Concentrators (MPCs) and redundant power supplies for enhanced resilience. Equipped with dual Routing Engines (REs) for redundancy, the MX240-RMK provides support for a wide range of Ethernet interfaces, including 10GbE, 40GbE, and 100GbE options. Its virtualization capabilities, such as Juniper’s Virtual Chassis technology, enable efficient resource utilization and simplified management. The chassis supports hot-swappable components, minimizing downtime and ensuring continuous operation.
