Description

The Juniper JXM-1ADSL2-A-S is a high-performance ADSL2/2+ Annex A Mini-PIM module designed for integration with Juniper J-series routers. Engineered for small to medium-sized enterprise networks, this module provides a reliable and cost-effective solution for broadband connectivity over standard telephone lines. Its compact form factor allows for easy installation and maintenance, making it ideal for environments where space and efficiency are critical. The unit supports both ADSL and ADSL2/2+ standards, offering downstream rates up to 24 Mbps and upstream rates up to 1 Mbps, depending on line conditions.

This Mini-PIM features a single RJ-11 interface and utilizes an onboard Texas Instruments AR7 DSL chipset for stable and consistent performance. It includes support for ATM over ADSL, PPP over ATM, and bridged/routed configurations, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of network setups. The JXM-1ADSL2-A-S is hot-swappable, allowing for minimal downtime during upgrades or replacements.
