The Cisco ISR4431/K9 is a high-performance integrated services router designed for medium to large branch offices, delivering advanced networking capabilities in a compact 1RU form factor. Built on Cisco’s trusted ISR 4000 Series architecture, it combines routing, switching, security, and application optimization in a single platform. The ISR4431/K9 supports up to 500 Mbps of aggregate throughput, scalable with performance licenses, making it ideal for growing businesses with evolving network demands. Its modular design includes two Network Interface Module (NIM) slots and one enhanced service module (SM-X) slot, allowing for flexible hardware expansion.
