The Cisco CP-7931G is a business-class IP phone designed for high-volume call environments such as call centers and administrative offices. It features a large pixel-based monochrome LCD screen that displays caller ID, call history, and other essential information clearly. This model supports the Skinny Client Control Protocol (SCCP) and is compatible with Cisco Unified Communications Manager systems.
