Description

The Cisco CISCO2951-K9 is a robust Integrated Services Router (ISR) designed for medium to large branch office deployments, offering reliable performance and scalability. Housed in a 2RU rack-mountable chassis, it supports modularity with three integrated service module slots, four enhanced high-speed WAN interface card (EHWIC) slots, and two onboard digital signal processor (DSP) slots for voice services. This model is built to handle high-throughput requirements with a multi-core CPU architecture and supports up to 75 Mbps of IPsec VPN throughput, making it ideal for secure WAN connectivity. Its fan-cooled design ensures stable operation in demanding network environments.

The CISCO2951-K9 includes 3 onboard 10/100/1000 Ethernet ports, USB ports for storage and configuration, and a console/auxiliary port for management access. It supports Cisco IOS Software, providing advanced routing, security, and unified communications features. With support for up to 512 MB of DRAM (expandable to 2.5 GB) and 256 MB of flash memory (expandable to 4 GB), it offers flexibility for a variety of network applications.
