Description

The Cisco ASR55-SFP-10G-SR is a high-performance 10-Gigabit Ethernet short-reach transceiver module designed for use with Cisco ASR 9000 Series routers. Built with an LC duplex connector and designed to operate over multimode fiber (MMF), it supports a link length of up to 300 meters on OM3 fiber. This SFP+ module adheres to the 10GBASE-SR standard, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of networking equipment. Its compact, hot-swappable design allows for easy installation and replacement, minimizing downtime in demanding network environments.

Ideal for data center and enterprise applications, the ASR55-SFP-10G-SR operates at a wavelength of 850 nm and supports data rates up to 10.3125 Gbps. It features Digital Optical Monitoring (DOM) support, enabling real-time monitoring of critical parameters such as temperature, voltage, and optical power levels.
